Get healthy and stay healthy
We do not always have a good sense of what's going on in our bodies, nor do we always know what we need in order to get well and stay healthy. The result is that we sometimes suffer from symptoms such as headaches, tiredness, digestive problems, skin rashes, or hair loss. A variety of health problems may be lurking behind these symptoms.
It would be great if we had an integrated health monitor that could tell us what is going on. Is my blood sugar level too high? Do I have too much of a particular hormone or too little of a vitamin or mineral?
Home health tests: Identify problems & take action!
In order to get well, we need to take a closer look at what is going on inside our bodies, which we can do with the cerascreen® self-tests. What are your levels of vitamin D and vitamin B12 like? And what about minerals like magnesium, selenium, and zinc, or iron? Or even proteins and Omega 3 fatty acids? Do you suffer from an undiagnosed food allergy or intolerance to histamine, gluten, or lactose? Have your levels of the stress hormone cortisol or the sleep hormone melatonin gone haywire?
You can get to the bottom of these and many other questions with our self-tests. In the comfort of your home, you can take a blood, breath, saliva, or urine sample -depending on the test- before sending it to our partner laboratory and then receiving detailed results reporting that explains your findings and makes recommendations.
Getting well: we're here to support you
Especially when it comes to vitamin and nutrient deficiencies or food intolerances, you often have the solution in your own hands. You can give your body what it needs, for example with changes to your diet and nutritional supplements.
In the case of an allergy or intolerance, it is often enough just to remove a certain food from your diet or to eat it less often. And for a deficiency, dietary supplements can improve your supply of vitamins and minerals, melatonin can help you fall asleep, and probiotics can help with your intestinal health. If you are not sure where and how to start, you can also seek advice. Nutrition counseling and stress management classes can help you change your lifestyle and get healthy.
