Sarah was born into a health-oriented family in the UK, with both parents working as immunologists. It was then only natural that she became a sports enthusiast at a young age – she has even worked at major international sporting events. Later, after becoming lactose-intolerant as an adult, nutrition and diet then also transitioned into a crucial everyday topic of interest. Experience in translation, proofreading, content management and research means that she brings along many insights to her role as Health Editor for the UK, Irish and US markets at cerascreen.
Erdim Özdemir not only got a taste of the fresh Baltic Sea air during his time at Kiel University, but also completed his studies in Nutritional Sciences. Besides gaining experience in the clinic field, he also developed his knowledge in health counselling for pregnant and breastfeeding women and gut health. Since 2017 he has been writing health articles for cerascreen and providing nutritional advice over the phone.
Elisa Frey, after graduating in Business Administration and gaining several years of professional experience in the media world, pursued her passion for cooking and healthy nutrition and completed her studies in Ecotrophology (Home Economics). After subsequent professional experience in recipe development and as an editor for a TV cooking show, she dedicated herself entirely to cerascreen’s vision and contributes her expertise to delicious and healthy recipes as well as exciting health articles.
